Welcome, Carley Maher

We’re delighted to welcome Carley Maher as the new General Manager of You Belong.

Carley joins us with a strong background across education, community development, and organisational leadership. She brings a deep commitment to inclusion, a proven ability to build meaningful partnerships, and a people-first approach to leadership.

As You Belong enters its next season, Carley will play a key role in strengthening our work in Toowoomba and growing our impact across South East Queensland, while empowering our incredible team, volunteers, and Waymaker community.
