We are thrilled to celebrate an exciting milestone for one of our incredible community members, Hadya! 🎉 After months of dedication, persistence, and hard work, Hadya has successfully passed her driving test and is now the proud holder of a provisional licence! 🥳🚗
Hadya’s journey to getting her licence began with her goal of gaining more independence and mobility. With the unwavering support of her volunteer mentor, Elspeth, she completed an impressive 66 hours of driving practice. Throughout the many hours spent behind the wheel, Hadya built her confidence, learned new skills, and navigated the challenges of driving with determination. Elspeth’s guidance and encouragement were instrumental in helping her achieve this significant goal.
The moment of triumph came when Hadya received her test results, and the driving examiner wrote "very good drive" on her test sheet, even adding a happy face! 😊 This glowing feedback is a testament to Hadya's focus and commitment to mastering her driving skills.
This accomplishment is more than just obtaining a license—it’s a step toward greater independence and freedom. Being able to drive opens up new opportunities for Hadya to connect with her community, access essential services, and confidently navigate her new surroundings.
